I've been wanting to make a wreath for Halloween for a long while. In fact I've been wanting to make a lot of Halloween projects for a long while, but those will come later. Anyway, I had this idea from pinterest (of course) of what I wanted to make. Then I realized that it didn't have to be as complicated as I was planning. So I found a simpler wreath and decided to do that.
Then the most brilliant idea came to me in the form of a lovely day dream. Why not combine the two wreaths in to one totally awesome wreath! It was perfect.
So I set out to create my wreath.
In short, I love it. I'm planning on making plenty more Halloween crafts soon.
Can you not tell I'm excited for Halloween?

Isn't she purdy?
I got the fabric at Joannes, it was kinda pricey, but I bought 8 quarter squares of fabric for $16.

Then I got the wreath body at Walmart for $2. Go and grab a straw wreath, all I did was leave the plastic wrap on, and it costs SO much less than a foam wreath.
I got the witches hat at Walmart for $1, the tights at Walmart for $2 (which I cut up to fit the wreath), and the BOO sign for $0.97 at Walmart as well.
Super simple to make and super cute. Also one of the least expensive wreaths I've made for around $22.00.
In short, I love it. I'm planning on making plenty more Halloween crafts soon.
