Nutella Cookies

Yesterday I baked Nutella Cookies, from a recipe I found off of pinterest. (Isn't that where everyone finds everything now a days?) Originally I was going to take them as a dessert to my ward barbeque, but we ended up having other obligations and couldn't go. When they first came out of the oven they were fantastic. Then as time went by a bit they got extremely hard. Whether it be because I made them gluten free or not, I'm not sure. Anyway, if you're looking for a really easy, and quick recipe to bake I'd try these. They were really quite delicious, just eat them quickly.
What you will need:
-1 cup Nutella
-1 cup of flour
-1whole egg

Mix all together, then bake at 350 degrees, for 7 to 8 minutes or until done.
The recipe calls for sugar, but the pin on pinterest said not to add it. I did both, one batch with, one batch without.  The reason for not adding the sugar is because it makes it really sugary, but it's not bad to add. So if you feel like adding that as well, go for it.
