The Human High lighter

Another day spent in the dull and loud student center, a boy stood out amongst the crowd, which pulled me and my best friend kyleigh out of our hysterical stupor... for just a moment. There was a boy with a shaved head all except for the back in some form of a mullet/rat tail look, but this is not what we noticed first. He was dressed head to toe. (and i mean toe) in bright yellow. his shirt his pants his shoes even his watch was yellow. We dubbed him the human highlighter. Im sure if he rubbed himself against a wall the color would spread.
